A one-time purchase of the Steadybook app for iPhone and iPad. There is no subscription and no account. The purchase is handled by Apple under the standard App Store terms, and refunds are requested through Apple.
A booking and record-keeping tool that runs on your device. It keeps your appointments, clients, notes, packages and payment records locally. It does not process payments, send messages to your clients, or connect to a server we operate.
Steadybook stores your data on your device and gives you an export. If you lose the device without an export, the data is gone — we cannot recover it, because we never had it. Exporting regularly is the only backup.
Do not use Steadybook to store data you have no lawful basis to hold, or to record protected health information. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for the client details you enter and for telling your clients what you hold.
Steadybook is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost bookings, lost data, lost income or any indirect loss arising from using it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Where you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence, and may bring proceedings there.
